Allison Paige plays Georgina “GiGi” Darcy in The Lizzie Bennet Diaries. Born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, she is a die-hard Steelers fan, moved to Allentown, Pennsylvania, and grew up with dreams of being a Prima ballerina. Early on she studied dance at the Broadway Dance
Center and spent her summers going back and forth from New York to Philadelphia as a professional dancer. It was in New York where she booked a kids film centered around hip-hop where she fell in love with acting. Now a Los Angeles based actor, she has been building her resume with roles on television shows like “Heroes” and “Days of Our Lives.” Her film credits include “Fear Not,” “Nesting”, a romantic comedy staring Todd Grinnell, Ali Hillis, and Erin Gray, and an epic one-liner in the Dane Cook film “Detention.” Just recently she wrapped a short headed to Sundance Film Festival called “Byron’s Theme,” where she plays identical twins along side Michael Grant Terry and Jon Grise. She is also a fresh face in the commercial and print modeling world.
